VENUE RENTAL POLICIES

League of Miracles, Inc.

 

CATERING AND FOOD

All food will be provided by the Renter.  No food or drink can be used that is in the LOM concession stand, unless previously agreed upon for purchase.  Refrigerators and freezer can be used provided there is ample room for storage. Any other appliances can be used with prior approval. 

 DECOR AND FURNITURE ARRANGEMENT

All decor will be the sole responsibility of the Renter.  All furniture must be moved back to its original placement at the end of the rented time.

 SMOKING, ALCOHOL AND DRUGS

No smoking, tobacco usage, alcohol or drugs are permitted on the grounds of the League of Miracles.  

SAFETY

Renters are responsible for the safety of all its guests and their property.  The League of Miracles, Inc., its employees, Board Members or the Miracle League will not be held responsible for any injury or damage  that occurs on the property of the League of Miracles Park. 

 INSURANCE

The League of Miracles asks renters with their own liability insurance to provide proof of insurance.  This proof of insurance must be remitted to the League of Miracles 30 days prior to the event.  Renter agrees that they have had the opportunity to read the liability waiver and accepts the terms of the waiver along with the rental agreement.

 POWER

The League of Miracles does not own a backup/generator power source and is not liable for power outage. 

PARKING

Parking is permitted on the blacktop and gravel drives.  Please do not park on the grass.

 

CLEAN UP  

The Renter is responsible for all clean up.  This includes putting trash bags in the trash bins, cleaning the bathrooms, cleaning the kitchen, picking trash up on the grounds, and cleaning the clubhouse. There will be additional charges for cleaning any bio-hazardous materials, such as blood, vomit, or bathroom waste at a rate of $75 per clean-up. Failure to complete clean up will result in a forfeit of the deposit.

 Damage/Theft

Renter is responsible for any damage or theft in the building or on the League of Miracles’ grounds.  The Renter must be present on an agreed time to inspect the grounds, building, shelter and bathrooms to note any damage or cleanliness issues.  

 

 Rental Rates and Fees

League of Miracles accepts check, cash, charge card . A $50 Deposit will be required. Rental Payment is due IN FULL 1 week prior to the event. If the event is canceled by the Renter, no refund will be granted.  However, an agreed upon make-up date can be rescheduled.  Any damage or mess will forfeit this deposit.  All deposits will be returned upon inspection after the event.  Renter is responsible for all set up and clean up. Rental fee is $100 and is up to a 6-hour rental including use of the building, restrooms, shelter houses and field (weather permitting).
