Gala Sponsorship Levels 

HALL OF FAME TITLE SPONSOR:  $10,000 *limit 1

The event will be sponsored by your company. You and your guests will be able to arrive 1 hour prior to the event for complimentary drinks, and early viewing of  the silent auction items. Your company name will be included in our Gala title as well as your logo proudly displayed at the event and on our social media and scoreboard throughout the year. You will receive sixteen “Suite Level” seats at our  Gala. 

SPLIT HALL OF FAME TITLE SPONSOR:  $5,000 *limit 2

The event will be co-sponsored by your company. You and your guests will be able to arrive 1 hour prior to the event for complimentary drinks, and early viewing of  the silent auction items. Your company name will be included in our Gala title as well as your logo proudly displayed at the event and on our social media and scoreboard throughout the year. You will receive eight “Suite Level” seats at our  Gala. 

GRAND SLAM SILENT AUCTION SPONSOR: $5,000 

You and your guests will be served complimentary drinks, early admittance to the Gala, your company name will be part of the title of our Silent Auction,  as well as displaying your company logo in the Silent Auction area. Your logo will be proudly displayed at our gala and on our social media and scoreboard throughout the year. You will receive eight “box seats” at our gala.

TRIPLE BASES BAR AND DRINKS SPONSOR: $2,500

You and your guests will be served complimentary drinks, early admittance to the Gala as well as displaying your company logo in the bar area. Your logo will be displayed at our gala and on our social media and scoreboard throughout the year. You will receive eight “Beer Garden” seats at our Gala.

BOURBON PULL SPONSOR:  $1,500 *limit 1

Your company’s name will be the title of our Bourbon Pull. Your logo will be presented in the Bourbon Pull area and announced during the pull event. Your logo will be displayed at our gala and on our social media and scoreboard throughout the seasons, and eight table seats “Behind the Plate” at our Gala.

IT’S A GROUND RULE DOUBLE SPONSOR:  $1,000 

Your logo will be presented in the photography area. Your logo will be displayed at our gala and on our social media and scoreboard throughout the seasons, and eight seats “Behind the Plate” at our Gala.

BASE HIT SPONSOR: $500

You and your guests will have name recognition on the event website, signage and social media.  You will receive four “Lower Level” seats for you and your guests.

UMPIRE LEVEL: $125

Single seat ticket purchases. Seats will be at mixed tables.

PINCH HITTER: $100

You will sponsor an athlete and a guest’s attendance at the event.
